Manish greeted us with a lovely aura and allowed us to pick where we sit. When we got our drinks we was unsure where the straws were and he must’ve heard us, kindly he came with straws for our table, we really appreciated this. After getting our food he presently asked us if everything is okay, he was really lovely! He is definitely a credit to this Nandos!
We actually went there on my birthday and I would like to say that the staff was very friendly and serviceable. They even offered to sing me a happy birthday which I found lovely. Would really recommend this Nando’s if you cross it in Manchester, they made my day all the more special. Would also like to note that Francesca was really lovely and also another server that I didn’t catch the name of (she has brown hair and eyes and was wearing a braid). Thank you once again
Warm friendly atmosphere. Super helpful staff. Some branches you go into and the staff don't wanna know but this one they couldn't be happier to help. Really enjoyed my food. It's kept really clean and the table cleaning is quick so the wait isn't too bad even at peak times.
Foods nice, service is good, atmosphere is alright its a bit dull and dark. The utensils and cups are disgusting. Doesnt seem washed, intend to bring my own utensils next time.
